When you're in Milan, you have to visit "The Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci. Next to the Mona Lisa, it is probably the most revered painting on display anywhere (or so they keep telling me). Leonardo painted this masterpiece on the wall of the dining hall at the monastery of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan in 1497. They don't let people like me take pictures of such great works of art... but you can see my picture of the church, above... You can also see the painting here.
