What is This?

I have decided to spend the month of April in Italy. Since my brother, Michael, is living in Milan, that seems like a good place to settle. In fact, he's moving to a new apartment, and allowing me to take over his old one. We should be able to see a lot of each other, and it's great to have a local on my side.

On this web site, I'm publishing pictures that I find interesting or entertaining. I'm not planning to be Super-Tourist on this trip; rather, I'm planning to live and hang out in Italy instead of San Francisco for a while.

Instead of trying to publish every picture I take, I will select no more than one picture per day. This will be the single picture that best conveys the mood, atmosphere, or concept that I'm experiencing at the time. It may be a castle, or it may be a McDonald's wrapper blowing down the street... (If you want postcard images, type the keywords Italy and Images into your favorite search engine!)
